What is the impact on our students?

This initiative will educate students from an early age about the importance of sustainability and being stewards of the Earth. These lessons will follow our students and they grow and become active members of our community.

Our School:

St. Nicholas prides itself on its challenging curriculum rooted in a faith-based philosophy, supported by strong discipline, and steeped in moral principles. Class sizes are small, which helps teachers to focus on and closely monitor each student’s development. Our students consistently place above average on National Achievement Exams. The school environment is intimate and safe. Social awareness, environmental responsibility, and respectful behavior are stressed in all activities.

Our graduates succeed in gaining admission to the finest high schools in the city, including Fenwick, Gordon Technical, St. Ignatius, St. Scholastica, Lane Technical, Walter Payton, Whitney Young, and University of Chicago Lab High School.
